OOO (Limited liability company) Seventh Concession Company is a part of VIS Group.

The company is implementing the project for the design, construction and technical maintenance of a network of municipal outpatient clinics in Novosibirsk. In 2018, OOO SCC applied to the Government of the Novosibirsk Region with a private initiative, and was selected as the private partner as the result of a tender procedure. This is the first major PPP project in Russia’s healthcare sphere that is structured under the Federal Law on PPP #224-FZ. 7 modern medical facilities, with a total capacity of over 6,500 visits per shift, are slated to be built in the capital of Siberia by the end of 2024. Subsequently, the company will conduct the technical maintenance of the clinics for seven years.
