Design and construction timelines: 2016 to 2019

In December 2015, VIS Group won the open tender of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for the right to conclude a public-private partnership agreement for the design, creation and maintenance of preschool, general and supplementary education and cultural facilities in the city of Yakutsk.

As part of the signed agreement, VIS Group used its own and borrowed funds to implement the design, construction, equipping and landscaping of the premises of social facilities being created, and after putting the facilities into operation, it assumed obligations for the technical operation of buildings until the end of 2026.

The simultaneous construction of 12 social infrastructure facilities made the project unprecedented for the region. In fact, a new material and technical base of educational and cultural facilities that comply the most modern requirements and standards, has been formed in the capital of Yakutia.
