VIS Group partners with the leading banks in the PPP segment: Gazrombank, VTB, Sberbank, Vnesheconombank, “Rossiisky Kapital” bank. PPP agreements are appraised from the project financing standpoint, distinctive requirements are imposed on them. Interaction with the banks during the pre-investment phase allows Group experts to prepare thoroughly structured projects and implement their timely financial closure. The conclusion of direct trilateral agreements between the bank, the public and the private partners became an established practice.

First Concession Corporation is a professional operator of public-privatepartnership projects, established on the VIS Group expert foundation. 

FCC manages the full life cycle of PPP projects.
