Bridge over the river Lena, city of Yakutsk


This large-scale infrastructure project is completely in sync with the tasks set by the President of the Russian Federation as part of the national project to expand and modernize trunk infrastructure. A unique and distinctive transport facility will be built in extremely harsh climatic conditions of the Russian Far North and will have no analogues in either domestic or foreign bridge building.

Social and economic effects:

  • Providing year-round transport links for more than 80% of Yakutia’s population;
  • Reducing budget costs for “Northern delivery”;
  • A 3% annual increase in Yakutia’s GRP;
  • Influx of investments in non-energy projects in the amount of at least 200 billion rubles.

This is a unique project, which has no analogues in Russia and the world. In the conditions of permafrost, a large-scale cultural and entertainment cluster of an international level will be built. Due to the level of equipment and amenities, the complex will become one of the most modern in the Far East.

Social and economic effects:

  • Raising the level of socio-cultural development of the region;
  • Creation of a new architectural dominant of the republic's capital;
  • Creation of a venue for international concerts and business summits;
  • Creation of an adjacent park and recreational area of over 12,000 square meters.



"Khabarovsk Bypass" Highway

"Khabarovsk Bypass" is the first high-speed highway in the Russian Far East. The new motor road will help resolve a number of issues in the regional capital, create additional workplaces and a more comfortable environment for city residents, promote the socio-economic development of the Khabarovsk Krai.

Social and economic effects:

  • Decrease the burden on the city road network by 18%;
  • Take the transit traffic flow out of residential areas;
  • Reduce harmful atmospheric emissions into; Khabarovsk atmosphere by 30%;
  • Reduce budgetary expenses for city road repair;

Vinogradovo-Boltino-Tarasovka Highway, Moscow Oblast

One of the first projects in the auto road construction sphere in Russia that will be realized through a private concession initiative. The construction of a high-speed motor road will improve the traffic situation in the Moscow region, and promote vehicle accessibility for the residents of three municipal districts.

Social and economic effects:

  • Create a new transport route and unburdening the adjoining roads;
  • Decrease traffic on the Moscow Ring Road, reduction of travel time;
  • Reduction of congestion on three major highways;
  • Decrease in the number of road accidents;

Bridge across the Kaliningrad Bay, Kaliningrad Oblast

The construction of the bridge is the biggest concession project in the Kaliningrad Region and the first one, structured in the framework of private concession initiative. The construction of a bridge was stipulated by the master plan for the development of the regional capital until 2035. It will allow to loop the Ring Road, connect Kaliningrad’s Southern and Northern bypasses, reduce the distance between settlements by 40 km. 

Social and economic effects:

  • Creation of a new transport corridor to Europe;
  • Connection of the Southern and Northern bypasses of Kaliningrad;
  • Conclusion of traffic flows from the northwest of the region;
  • Improving transport accessibility of seaports;
  • New tax deductions to the regional budget.

Bridge over the river Ob, city of Novosibirsk

The Central bridge in Novosibirsk is a project that will allow to significantly improve the traffic conditions in one of Russia's largest cities. This task will be resolved with participation from a private investor based on a concession agreement. The new bridge will not only improve traffic accessibility of the parts of the city divided by the river, but will also become an architectural gem of the Siberian capital.

Social and economic effects:

  • Reduce travel time between the two banks of the Ob river by 30%;
  • Reduce traffic load on the existing bridges by 20%;
  • Improve the environmental situation by decreasing traffic jams;
  • Create additional traffic junctions;
  • Eliminate streetlights along the entire route;
  • Improve safety for drivers and pedestrians;
  • Establish conditions for the integrated development of new city districts;
  • New tax payments to the regional budget.

A network of educational and recreational facilities, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

12 social infrastructure facilities have been constructed simultaneously, including schools, kindergartens, cultural and recreational institutions. It is the largest social project in Yakutia, which generated about 3,000 new seats in kindergartens and schools. It became possible via a public-private partnership. Modern buildings equipped with innovative equipment have established entirely new conditions for the comprehensive development of children and their creative initiative.

Social and economic effects:

  • Reduce kindergarten waitlists;
  • Eliminate ‘second shifts in schools;
  • Positive effect on the demographic situation;
  • Decrease the population outflow and increased social attractiveness of the region;
  • Establish a comfortable environment for children and educators;

Public outpatient clinics, Novosibirsk


This is the first public-private partnership project in Russia's health care sphere that's structured according to the Federal Law on PPP #224-FZ. The main goal of the project is to ensure the availability and quality standards of medical care throughout the region. Prior to the end of 2022, 7 modern medical institutions are slated to be constructed in Novosibirsk, with a total capacity of over 6,500 visits per shift. The project stipulates not only for the construction of buildings, but outfitting them with latest-generation equipment.

Social and economic effects:

  • Reducing the shortage of medical infrastructure;
  • Elimination of queues to specialists of narrow profile;
  • Creation of medical facilities within walking distance in new neighborhoods;
  • Increasing outpatient capacity;
  • Introduction of modern medical technologies.


“Smart” clinic, city of Yakutsk


The new municipal clinic will become one of the largest medical centers in Yakutia. A clinical complex, which aims to meet the challenge of the structural overhaul of Yakutia’s health care system, will be outfitted with the most advanced expert-level medical equipment. All of the equipment will be linked to the “smart clinic” information system. 

Social and economic effects:

  • Introduction of modern medical technologies;
  • Integration of adult and children’s clinics;
  • Elimination of queues to see medical specialists;
  • Increased clinic capacity.


Perinatal Center, city of Surgut

The District Maternal and Children's Health Center is slated to become the largest perinatal center in Russia with an annual capacity of 10,000 deliveries. The launch of the new high-tech medical complex into operation will promote a rise in the birthrate, a decrease in infant mortality rates, an improvement of maternal and children's health.

Social and economic effects:

  • Preserve the high level of natural population increase in the Extreme North;
  • Implement modern health care standards;
  • Develop high-tech medical spheres, including neonatal surgery;
  • Establish a technological foundation for the development of the region's scientific and medical potential;

Construction of modern waste sorting facilities with waste utilization sites will allow to create an integrated system of solid municipal waste treatment in the region.

  • Decrease the total amount of waste intended for disposal at deposit sites;
