Today a meeting took place in Dagestan between the Acting Chairman of the Government of the Republic Gadzhimagomed Guseinov and VIS Group leaders, as represented by the CEO of the VIS Production Company Yuri Raushkin and Deputy CEO of the First Concession Company Alan Bugulov.
Minister of Economy and Territorial Development of the Republic Osman Khasbulatov, Minister of Health Care Djamaluddin Gadzhiibragimov, Minister of Transport and Road Network Shirukhan Gadzhimuradov, Acting Head of the Agency for Entrepreneurship and Investment Gadzhi Gasanov also participated in the meeting.
The meeting centered on the discussion of cooperation prospects and possibilities of implementing public-private partnership projects in the tourist, transport, educational, medical and municipal spheres.
VIS Group representatives discussed holding competencies that allow to implement PPP projects in and efficient and integrated manner. Dagestan leaders were introduced to Group’s experience in creating large-scale infrastructural facilities.
The region is currently planning to implement a number of investment projects, including public-private partnership projects. Republic’s representatives expressed an interest in promoting cooperation. For this purpose, a workgroup was created on the back of the meeting, to be chaired by the Acting Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic Gadzhimagomed Guseinov.
