The creation of the Doverie social rehabilitation center in Salekhard is in the final stage - the overall construction readiness of the building is estimated at 80%. The project is implemented by VIS Group under a state contract with the Government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District and the regional program "Social support of citizens and labor protection for 2014-2024."
A large range of works is deployed inside the three-story building. 128 builders and specialists are engaged in completing interior decoration - one of the most important stages in creating a safe, comfortable and functional environment for future visitors and employees. Today, electrical works, installation of internal engineering networks, lighting, corridor doors and suspended ceilings are being conducted. A video surveillance and fire extinguishing system has been installed.
The center provides everything necessary for the implementation of social rehabilitation programs. There will be groups for children 3+ years old and for teenagers of up to the age of 15 with the option of a round-the-clock stay. Six day-stay groups are provided for, and three of them are for children with disabilities. There is also a crisis department and a rehabilitation department for emergency medical and psychological assistance to those who require it.
In mid-May, builders have started on the improvement of the premises; the territory is currently being cleaned out. The project provides for sports and playgrounds, as well as a winter walking veranda.
This is not VIS Group’s first facility in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. Over 12 years of operation in the region, the holding has built over three dozen institutions, most of which are social infrastructure facilities. Thanks to the implemented projects, residents of Salekhard, Novy Urengoy, Noyabrsk, Nadym and many other Yamal cities have gained access to better educational, health care, and transport services. The first public-private partnership project with a completed life cycle in Russia - the creation of a preschool educational network with 1,540 seats - was implemented here, in Yamal by VIS Group.
