During the past construction season, all six floors, an overpass, and a separate heated parking lot for six cars were built. The external masonry and glazing have been completed, and the internal heating system has been installed, thanks to which work inside the building will continue in the winter. Partitions are currently being installed and utility lines are being laid. At the same time, work on façade insulation and cladding continues. Every day, up to 90 people work at the facility, which fully meets the needs of the construction site and allows for a number of tasks to be completed ahead of schedule. The overall construction readiness of the building exceeds 55%.
The project is being implemented on the principles of public-private partnership. The public partner is the Government of Yakutia. VIS Group is the investor and the private partner, which is responsible not only for the construction of the facility, but also for its complete equipping with technological and medical equipment: magnetic resonance tomographs, expert-class digital ultrasound diagnostic systems, X-ray, endoscopic, mammographic and fluorographic equipment.
The new clinic will allow most specialists to be brought together in one place in a modern, fully equipped and staffed building. It will also provide conditions for comfortable reception of people with limited mobility. In terms of its technological capabilities, the new clinic will become a full-fledged diagnostic complex. Modern medical equipment will improve detection of diseases at early stages. The PPP project is fully consistent with the goals of the Healthcare national project.
