The VIS Group continues a series of negotiations with partners - the leaders of the Russian and international markets. A meeting was held on the sidelines of SPIEF-2021 with the Sinara diversified holding, which was represented by the beneficiary of the financial group Alexander Pumpyansky, the head of the financial block Andrey Aletdinov and the head of CIB Alexey Kupriyanov.
Potential areas of cooperation include a partnership in PPP project implementation and joint work in the financial sector, including in the framework of the issue of securities. The parties confirmed their interest in strengthening business relations.
In June 2020, VIS Group issued social bonds for the Yakutia project, which are unique for Russia, for a total of RUB 5.57 billion. There have previously been no issuers in Russia that had placed securities under the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA) Social Bonds Principles (SBP). Previously, the holding was one of the first in Russia to attract bond financing for a non-concession PPP project in Yamal in the amount of RUB 4 billion. In October 2020, VIS Group issued exchange-traded bonds for the first time. The volume of the registered program is RUB 30 billion.
