The archive is equipped with mobile metal racks for compact storage of documents on paper; for electronic media, metal cabinets are also provided.
During the design and construction stage, all protection class requirements imposed on the premises where the paper archives are stored were met. The fire extinguishing system has its own specifics and provides various options for fighting fire - using gas, water and a special powder. Document storage is protected by armored safe doors weighing 400 kg.
Landscaping and lighting of the surrounding area were completed as part of the project. Vehicle parking has been organized for employees and visitors of the archive.
