The three-story building with a total area of almost 12,000 square meters can accommodate up to 100 students. To date, the heating circuit has been completely closed, heating is being supplied, and external engineering networks have been laid. This allows carrying out work on interior decoration even as cold weather sets in: walls are being plastered and wallpapered, ceilings - primed. At the same time, the installation of internal engineering systems continues, including ventilation, hot and cold-water supply, lighting and sewage. Facade work is completed by 90%. Full completion is scheduled for next year, when the architectural lighting of the building is installed. To date, the facade has been insulated, and a decorative layer has been applied.
SRC Doverie is slated to become a place of comprehensive assistance to children and adolescents and families with children in difficult life situations, as well as prevention of neglect and homelessness of minors. It provides everything required for the implementation of social rehabilitation programs. Group rooms will be equipped, allowing for the possibility of round-the-clock and daytime stay, including groups for children with disabilities. Crisis and rehabilitation departments are designed to provide emergency medical and psychological assistance when requested. Functional relaxation areas for visitors will be set up on the adjacent grounds. Sports and playgrounds, as well as a winter promenade veranda are a part of the project.
The center will employ educators, social educators, psychologists, speech therapists, and lawyers. The local social service will also be located here; computer classes, game rooms, psychological and speech therapy correction rooms will be set up. The center will also provide medical care: the project provides for a sports and fitness room, a swimming pool, massage and exercise therapy rooms.
65 builders and specialists, a truck crane, a loader and two plastering stations are engaged at the facility. All work is carried out in accordance with the schedule. The construction of the social facility should be completed in 2023.

VIS Group continues the construction of the Doverie social and rehabilitation center in Salekhard, the capital of Yamal. The overall construction readiness is currently estimated at 72%. The project is being implemented within the framework of the State Program of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District “Social support for citizens and labor protection for 2014-2024.” Earlier, the holding built and commissioned over 30 social infrastructure facilities in Yamal.
