Currently, work is being carried out at the 5th floor level. Special lifts are used in the process, ensuring the safety of painters at height. Nine such lifts are working simultaneously, with 18 specialists involved.
To date, the frames of both buildings have been erected, the thermal circuit has been closed, and double-glazed windows have been installed. The main work is being deployed inside, where rough finishing of the premises continues. The screeding of 22,500 out of 32,000 m2 of floors has been completed, the plasterboard wall finishing is at 90.7% completion, and the installation of the power supply network is at 62%. Landscaping of the premises is underway on an area of over 50,000 m2. In total, over 160 people are employed at the site.
The project to create a new administrative complex involves the construction, finishing and outfitting of two nine-story buildings with all the necessary equipment. This will be the largest building in the capital of Yamal with a total area of over 43,000 m2. A heated ground passage, which will connect the new buildings with the existing government building, is being built separately on the adjacent territory. 47 of the 55 bored piles have already been installed in its foundation. VIS Group is building a number of facilities under government contracts.

In Salekhard, VIS Group’s construction division continues working on two new structures of the administrative building of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District executive authorities. The work on the facade's final painting is being completed at the construction site.
