The Moscow Exchange registers a new prospectus for VIS Group’s exchange-traded bonds


VIS FINANCE (part of the VIS Group) is the issuer of the exchange-traded bond program with a total volume of 30 billion rubles that was registered by the Moscow Exchange on September 8, 2020.

“In accordance with the Listing Rules, PAO Moscow Exchange has registered a prospectus of exchange-traded bonds placed under the program of series 001P exchange-traded bonds of the VIS FINANCE Limited Liability Company, program is registered under registration number 4-00554-R-001P-02E,” states the official message of the exchange.

VIS Group made its debut on the capital market in 2017, having successfully placed 2 issues of infrastructure project bonds totaling RUB 4 billion with a circulation period of up to 3 years. It was the first project bond issue for a non-concessional project that entails the creation of a network of educational institutions in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. In 2018, the bonds were redeemed in full. In June 2020, an innovative issue of structured project bonds took place for a PPP project for the creation of 12 social infrastructure facilities in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The bonds total RUB 5.6 billion and have a 7-year circulation period. As part of the Exchange Traded Bond Program registered in September 2020, the VIS Group has so far placed two issues totaling RUB 4.5 billion. The total par value of bonds placed by the VIS Group is RUB 14.1 billion, with RUB 10.1 billion currently in circulation. Both institutional and retail (private) investors hold the Group’s securities.
