The rating assessed a total of 172 project initiatives from all over Russia. VIS Group’s concession projects for the construction of bridge crossings across the Lena River in Yakutia and the Kaliningrad Bay were included in the rating’s top 11 investment projects.
“Official pages of VIS Group projects on social media, such as VKontakte and YouTube are an example to follow. In addition, VIS Group also maintains a presence in the Telegram messenger: it is one of the few channels that inform the readers about the construction, reconstruction and operation of infrastructure facilities,” the organizers of the National Rating of Information Transparency of Infrastructure Projects say in an analytical report.

The rating was compiled by the Hyperion Strategic Group and Infrastructure Club, the National Association of Investors and Operators of the Infrastructure Project Market.
