Today, a cooperation agreement was signed at the VIS Group office with AO NEO Center, one of the Russian leaders in the provision of financial consulting and appraisal, strategic consulting and engineering services.
The document, which provides for long-term mutually beneficial cooperation in the sphere of public-private partnership project consulting, was signed by CEO of NEO Center Valeria Plotnikova and member of the VIS Group’s Board of Directors Sergey Romashov.
According to Valeria Plotnikova, the agreement will mark the beginning of an entirely new stage in the history of partnership between the two companies: “We have already cooperated with the VIS Group in the past on a number of infrastructure projects in the healthcare sector. Today we agreed to intensify our interaction and work together on infrastructure initiatives and the development of the PPP market in our country. There are many interesting projects ahead, and the NEO Center team is ready to support them, applying our competencies and accumulated experience in engineering and financial consulting spheres.”
“Attracting non-budgetary investments in PPP infrastructure projects is currently one of the most important state policy priorities.
