The opening ceremony of the 12th International “Transport of Russia - 2018” Forum and Expo took place on November 20 in Moscow. The forum and expo are traditionally held under the auspices of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. Members of the RF government, heads of regions, executives of the leading infrastructural companies in the industry participate in the event. This year, VIS Group’s exhibition stand contains interactive presentations of the holding’s transportation projects. VIS executives are also taking part in specialized sessions, meetings with business partners and federal-level state media.
The exhibition strives to present the results of the transport industry's operations in the preceding year, and ensure the ongoing dialogue between the state and the business community for the purpose of joint resolution of tasks that the Russian Federation transport industry is facing. Exhibition stands of state transport corporations, major Russian and foreign institutions, federal projects of industry-specific ministries and agencies are spread over area of over 3700 sq.m. in the Gostiny Dvor complex.
On the first day, VIS Group's stand welcomed Deputy Head of the Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor) Dmitry Pronchatov, Vice-Governor of the Khanty-Mansy Autonomous District Andrey Zobnicev, Minister of Transport of Novosibirsk Oblast Anatoly Kostylevsky. They were presented with the information on Group's investment transport projects. The holding is acting as a concessioner in the construction of high-speed motorways in Khabarovsk Krai and Moscow Oblast, as well in the construction of the fourth bridge in Novosobirsk. Representatives of Chinese state construction corporations, domestic and foreign design and supply companies are demonstrating significant practical interest in the Group’s projects.
VIS Group is currently one of Russia’s leaders in infrastructural construction under public-private partnership terms. The holding invests in the creation of infrastructural facilities not only in the transport domain, but in the social and municipal spheres, acting as a qualified investor and manager of life cycle contracts. The holding’s companies structure the projects, execute the financing, construction and maintenance of the created facilities.
