On November 21, VIS Group successfully redeemed the first issue of digital financial assets (DFA) in the amount of RUB 0.5 billion. The issue was placed on February 22, 2024, on the A-token platform among retail investors. It was in high demand, due to which the order book was closed early.
For VIS Group, DFAs are one of the instruments for financing infrastructure projects, and also serve as an alternative to traditional bank loans.
