The new social institution is designed for 100 students and will provide comprehensive assistance to children and adolescents in difficult life situations, promote social rehabilitation of children who voluntarily left dysfunctional families. There will be a rehabilitation department, as well as a crisis department for emergency medical and psychological assistance.
The center is completely ready for opening, it is outfitted with the necessary equipment, furniture and inventory. The three-story building houses a music, choreography and assembly halls, as well as an art studio for holding master classes and art therapy programs for children and adolescents. The center’s sports block includes its own swimming pool with a suspended rail system for children with limited mobility, a gym and a sensory-dynamic hall, as well as rooms for dance/movement, photo- and ergotherapy.
Doverie has a good foundation for the work of medical specialists. They will have at their disposal treatment and diagnostic complexes, robotic mechanotherapy systems, rehabilitation medical machines and equipment for physiotherapy procedures. Among the specialized equipment there is also something unique for Yamal - an anti-stress system based on a zero-gravity chair, the Balfit stabilometric complex for posture correction and a high-intensity laser therapy device that can be used in the work of rehabilitation specialists, neurologists and orthopedists.
The children's rehabilitation center will comprise up to 11 groups of children, including 5 round-the-clock and 3 groups for children with disabilities. Ramps, elevators and automatic medical lifts have been installed to create a comfortable environment for them. The premises adjacent to the adjacent are divided into functional zones for outdoor leisure. Sports grounds, playgrounds and a winter walking veranda have been created.

The State Construction Supervision Service of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District issued a conclusion on compliance with the design documentation requirements of the Doverie social rehabilitation center in Salekhard. The 12,000-m2 building was built by VIS Group under a state contract with the Government of Yamal.
