VIS Infrastructure is a part of the VIS Group concession management subholding.
Company is realizing a public-private partnership project on the construction of a clinical perinatal center in Surgut. In December 2014, OOO VIS Infrastructure and the Department of Healthcare of the Khanty-Mansy Autonomous District-Yugra have signed a PPP agreement to design, construct, equip and maintain the facility for seven years after launching it into operation. The perinatal center received the status of the District Center for Maternal and Children’s Health, and is slated to become one of the largest in Russia.
