"Fourth Concession Company" LLC
FCC is a part of the VIS Group transport concession management subholding.
The company is a project concessioner in the construction of high-speed highway Vinogradovo-Boltino-Tarasovka in the Moscow region, realized under a private concession initiative (PCI). It is one of the first motor road construction projects in Russia realized under a PCI framework. The concession agreement was signed on January 30, 2018 at the Government of the Moscow Oblast.
