ROSINFRA National Award

ROSINFRA National Award was established in 2013 with the aim of identifying key infrastructure development trends in the Russian Federation. This unique award in the field of infrastructure development and PPP in Russia is a national award recognized by leading domestic experts. The organizer is the National Center for Public Private Partnerships with the support of the All-Russian Public Organization "Delovaya Rossiya", the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

Best PPP Project in the High-Quality Infrastructure Investment nomination – 2021

    Within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum - 2022, the ceremony of awarding the laureates of the ROSINFRA National Prize was held. The project of the VIS Group for the creation of a perinatal center in Surgut won in the nomination “High-Quality Infrastructure Investment”. This is VIS Group’s second public-private partnership project recognized as the best in the healthcare field, and the holding’s eighth winning nomination at the ROSINFRA National Award over the years of its existence. The competitive selection was held using the methodology of the IRIIS National System for Infrastructure Project Quality Assessment and Certification.

         



    Best PPP Project in the Mainline Transportation Sphere – 2020  

      As part of the annual assessment of the top projects in various industries, the National PPP Center recognized the VIS Group's project to build a bridge over the Lena River in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) as the best in Russia’s mainline transportation sphere. This is a unique transport facility that will be built under extremely harsh natural and climatic conditions of the Russian Far North and will have no analogues either in domestic or foreign bridge construction. The award ceremony was held as part of the Russian PPP Week – 2021.

           



      Best Private PPP Investor  2019  

        For the third year in a row, the National PPP Center recognized the VIS Group as the winner in the Best Private PPP Investor nomination. The award ceremony was held as part of the Russian PPP Week 2020. Today, the holding is one of the leaders in the infrastructure market. In June 2020, the Group was included in the list of Russia’s strategically important organizations, and in August it received a high reliability rating A (RU) from the leading Russian credit agency ACRA. According to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, VIS Group’s concessions make up almost 20% of the total volume of the country’s largest concession projects, and in the PPP sphere the holding's contract portfolio exceeds 60%.

        Best PPP Healthcare Project  2019

          In September 2020, the VIS Group's project to create a network of municipal clinics in Novosibirsk received a national award as the best in the healthcare sphere. This is the first PPP project in Russia structured within the framework of the Federal Law on PPP #224-FZ. The main goal is to ensure the availability and quality standards of medical care throughout Novosibirsk. By the end of 2022, 7 modern medical institutions will appear in the capital of Siberia with a total capacity of over 6,500 visits per shift. All of these clinics will be built in the most actively developing residential areas of the city, as well as in those areas where the existing clinics are in disrepair. Thanks to the engagement of a private partner, the region will be able to quickly reduce the shortage of medical infrastructure.

          Best Private PPP Investor – 2018

            As part of the Russian investment forum, the annual award ceremony for the winners of the ROSINFRA national infrastructure award was held on February 2019. VIS Group won the Best private investor category for the second year in a row. The award was presented to Igor Snegurov, Chairman of the Group's Board, by Mikhail Rasstrigin, Deputy Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation. The competition period took into account such projects as the creation of the fourth bridge over the Ob river in Novosibirsk and the Vinogradovo – Boltino – Tarasovka Expressway in the Moscow region. The total amount of private investment in the projects will exceed 40 billion rubles.

            Best Private PPP Investor – 2017

              In the framework of the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi VIS Group was awardedROSINFRANational Infrastructure Award for itsinvestment activities. The holding was recognized as the best private investor in the sphere of public-private partnership following the results of 2017. The Group has been investing its own funds for more than 5 years in creating transport, social and communal infrastructure facilities. Today every fifth ruble in large-scale projects of VIS Group is private investment. Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin presented the diploma of laureate and ROSINFRAmemorable statuette tothe Chairman of the Board of Directors of the VIS Group Igor Snegurov.

              Best Transportation PPP Project 2017

                In 2018, VIS Group became the winner of ROSINFRA Award twice. The second award was given to "Khabarovsk Bypass" concession project. This is the first transportation PPP project in the Far East and the largest one in the Khabarovsk Territory. Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation repeatedly noted the uniqueness of the project, and the Federal Road Agency supported its co-financing at the expense of the funds collected by the PLATON system. "Khabarovsk Bypass" became the first regional concession that received this federal grant.

                Best Transportation PPP Project 2016

                  In 2017, VIS Group received ROSINFRA Award for launching the first railway PPP project in modern Russia Bovanenkovo-Sabetta railway line construction. The new branch will be Northern Latitudinal Railway's final link and the main element of the transport infrastructure of the Yamal Peninsula. It will ensure direct access of the Northern and Sverdlovsk railways to the Arctic port of Sabetta and the Northern Sea Route. The construction of the line will provide a new export route and opportunities for rapid mobilization of resources for the development of new fields. Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Maxim Sokolov presented diplomas of laureates and ROSINFRA statuettes to the Governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Kobylkin and the Head of VIS Group Igor Snegurov.
