SCC is a part of the VIS Group transport concession management subholding.
Company is a concessioner in the project on the construction and maintenance of the automotive bridge overpass over the river Ob in Novosibirsk. The concession agreement on the construction of the fourth city bridge was concluded on December 6, 2017. The concession grantor is the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Novosibirsk Oblast.
