VCom Limited Liability Company is the parent company of the VIS Group’s technological subholding.

The subholding’s main objective is the implementation of public-private partnership projects in the field of information technology and the development of IT and telecommunications infrastructure.

The company aims to develop modern technologies that solve a wide range of tasks: from environmental area monitoring to the creation of satellite telecommunication services. The company plans to implement projects on PPP and concession principles, acting as a private investor and holding responsibility for the entire life cycle of projects.
