The Group has a holding structure, which consists of sub-holdings by type of activities. Functions of the management company are performed by VIS Group (Joint-Stock Company), short name is VIS Group (JSC).
VIS Group (JSC) manages the operating activities of the holding and is a single financial center of its subsidiaries. The company acts on behalf of VIS Group as a legal entity. It was registered on December 14, 2016. Legal address: 56 Profsoyuznaya Street, 117393, Moscow. The supreme management body of the company is the general meeting of shareholders. The single governing body is the general director, who is elected at the general meeting of shareholders.
