This large-scale infrastructure project is completely in sync with the tasks set by the President of the Russian Federation as part of the national project to expand and modernize trunk infrastructure. A unique and distinctive transport facility will be built in extremely harsh climatic conditions of the Russian Far North and will have no analogues in either domestic or foreign bridge building.

This is a unique project, which has no analogues in Russia and the world. In the conditions of permafrost, a large-scale cultural and entertainment cluster of an international level will be built. Due to the level of equipment and amenities, the complex will become one of the most modern in the Far East.

"Khabarovsk Bypass" is the first high-speed highway in the Russian Far East. The new motor road will help resolve a number of issues in the regional capital, create additional workplaces and a more comfortable environment for city residents, promote the socio-economic development of the Khabarovsk Krai.

• Decrease the burden on the city road network by 18%;
• Take the transit traffic flow out of residential areas;
• Reduce harmful atmospheric emissions into; Khabarovsk atmosphere by 30%;

One of the first projects in the auto road construction sphere in Russia that will be realized through a private concession initiative. The construction of a high-speed motor road will improve the traffic situation in the Moscow region, and promote vehicle accessibility for the residents of three municipal districts.

The construction of the bridge is the biggest concession project in the Kaliningrad Region and the first one, structured in the framework of private concession initiative. The construction of a bridge was stipulated by the master plan for the development of the regional capital until 2035. It will allow to loop the Ring Road, connect Kaliningrad’s Southern and Northern bypasses, reduce the distance between settlements by 40 km.

The Central bridge in Novosibirsk is a project that will allow to significantly improve the traffic conditions in one of Russia's largest cities. This task will be resolved with participation from a private investor based on a concession agreement. The new bridge will not only improve traffic accessibility of the parts of the city divided by the river, but will also become an architectural gem of the Siberian capital.

Social and economic effects:

• Reduce travel time between the two banks of the Ob river by 30%;
• Reduce traffic load on the existing bridges by 20%;
• Improve the environmental situation by decreasing traffic jams;
• Create additional traffic junctions;
• Eliminate streetlights along the entire route;

Thanks to the creation of a modern Museum-Historical Complex in the capital of the Zabaykalsky Krai, Chita will acquire a new culturally dominant element. The project will integrate exhibition, congress and leisure and entertainment spaces under one roof. In addition, the center will allow to exhibit a significantly larger number of unique objects of art and culture than are currently on display in the city’s museums.

Social and economic effects:

• Promotion of the region’s socio-cultural development;
• Increased tourist flow to the regional capital;
• Manifold increase in the number of historical and art exhibits, as well as the possibility of holding federal-level exhibitions;
• Creation of an adjacent park and recreational zone with an area of over 10,000 m².

This is the first public-private partnership project in Russia's health care sphere that's structured according to the Federal Law on PPP #224-FZ. The main goal of the project is to ensure the availability and quality standards of medical care throughout the region. Prior to the end of 2022, 7 modern medical institutions are slated to be constructed in Novosibirsk, with a total capacity of over 6,500 visits per shift. The project stipulates not only for the construction of buildings, but outfitting them with latest-generation equipment.

• Reducing the shortage of medical infrastructure;

• Creation of medical facilities within walking distance in new neighborhoods;

The new municipal clinic will become one of the largest medical centers in Yakutia. A clinical complex, which aims to meet the challenge of the structural overhaul of Yakutia’s health care system, will be outfitted with the most advanced expert-level medical equipment. All of the equipment will be linked to the “smart clinic” information system.

The District Maternal and Children's Health Center is slated to become the largest perinatal center in Russia with an annual capacity of 10,000 deliveries. The launch of the new high-tech medical complex into operation will promote a rise in the birthrate, a decrease in infant mortality rates, an improvement of maternal and children's health.

• Preserve the high level of natural population increase in the Extreme North;
• Implement modern health care standards;
• Develop high-tech medical spheres, including neonatal surgery;
• Establish a technological foundation for the development of the region's scientific and medical potential;

The Doverie social rehabilitation center under construction in Salekhard is intended to become a place of comprehensive assistance to children and adolescents, as well as to families with children in difficult life situations, prevention of neglect and homelessness of minors.

VIS Production Company, the head company of VIS Group’s construction division, is performing the entire range of construction and installation work to create a new administrative building for the executive authorities of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District in Salekhard. The total area of the two multi-story buildings is over 40,000 m², which will make it one of the largest buildings in the capital of Yamal.

Social and economic effects:

• Introduction of new digital programs in working with the population;
• Reducing the processing time of citizens' appeals;
• Creating comfortable working conditions for employees;
• Decrease in outflow of population from the region.

The parent company of VIS Group’s construction division is the general contractor for the Afanasovskoye Highway reconstruction project. This is a section of the A-104 highway "Moscow - Dmitrov - Dubna – Povedniki," which adjoins the Mytishchi high-speed chord, being built by VIS Group under one of the largest concession agreements in the Moscow region.

Social and economic effects:

• Increasing the capacity of the highway;
• Public transport stops will be reconstruction;
• Creation of safe aboveground pedestrian crossings;
• Improvement of sidewalks and the surrounding area.

Before the end of July 2024, the head company of the construction division, VIS Production Company, will carry out surveys, design and construction of 61,000 sq. m of housing in the Obdorskiy residential area in Salekhard, the capital of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

• 1,210 new apartments for people resettled from dilapidated housing;

The project to modernize the treatment facilities complex is a part of the National "Ecology" project and the Federal Project "Improvement of the Volga." It is being implemented in several Russian regions and is designed to improve the ecological condition of the longest river in Europe by reducing the volume of polluted wastewater discharges by 3 times.

• Updating of the municipal infrastructure used by more than 62,000 residents of the Moscow region;
• Introduction of modern technologies for a full cycle of water purification;

The project to modernize the wastewater treatment plant complex in Kashira is part of the program for communal infrastructure modernization in the Moscow Region. This is a unique program for the region, which provides for the replacement of 7 times more networks than in the last 5 years.
