The project is being implemented under the constant supervision of Ugra Governor Natalia Komarova, the government of the region, public organizations and the media.

The MOEX registered exchange bonds of VIS Development, LLC for 1.7 billion rubles.

The company is the concessionaire for the construction project of waste sorting plants and all related infrastructure in the Novosibirsk region.

During the working trip, Aisen Nikolayev visited 203 microdistrict, where VIS Group’s subsidiary company, Gazenergomontazh LLC, erects several facilities within a public-private partnership project (PPP).
