Builders of the SMART clinic in Yakutsk reach the third and fourth floors

Construction of one of the largest medical centers in the Republic of Sakha continues in Yakutsk. The project is being implemented under a public-private partnership agreement between the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and VIS Group. Today, the construction readiness of the SMART polyclinic building is estimated to be over 20%. The construction of the building’s six-story monolithic frame is being carried out at the third- and fourth-floor levels.

70 builders and 5 units of special equipment are engaged at the site. Construction and installation work continues within the entire future medical institution complex: reinforcement, installation of formwork for columns, stairs, elevator shaft, monolithic slabs for the overpass and the warm parking lot. Builders are working on the vertical and horizontal monolithic structures. In total, about 2,500 m3 of concrete have already been laid.

The construction of the SMART clinic is being carried out within the framework of the National Healthcare Project. The building comprises two blocks with a total area of 8,800 m2 that will house adult, children's and antenatal clinics. It will be equipped with modern expert-class equipment, including magnetic resonance imaging scanners, expert-class digital ultrasound diagnostic systems, X-ray, endoscopic, mammographic and fluorographic equipment.

Under the terms of the PPP agreement, the private partner ensures the organization of financing, design, construction, equipment and subsequent technical operation of the medical facility until the end of 2030.
