Commissioning of the first PPP polyclinic in Novosibirsk has been approved

On March 14, the Department of Architectural and Construction Inspection of the Novosibirsk City Hall issued permission to commission city clinic #7 on Proletarskaya Street. This is the first of seven clinics that VIS Group is building as part of a public-private partnership project.

“The PPP project that we are implementing in Novosibirsk is one of the few in the country in terms of its parameters. Such a comprehensive update of the primary health care system will significantly improve the health care of several hundred thousand people. High-tech equipment will allow for high-quality diagnostics, which today are available only in large medical centers or on a commercial basis. Despite the difficulties faced by the project, all 7 facilities provided for in the agreement with the government of the Novosibirsk region will be built. Two more clinics are currently being prepared for commissioning, work is underway on the rest,” commented Sergei Yudin, CEO of the VIS Group.

The new building of clinic #7 has created jobs for over 740 specialists. Functional blocks include adult and children's departments, antenatal clinic, emergency room, and radiology department. The clinic is designed for 921 visits per shift and will be able to serve 50,000 residents of the Oktyabrsky district. In terms of its equipment, the clinic is a full-fledged diagnostic center, where residents will be able to undergo free examinations using magnetic resonance and computed tomography systems, mammography, x-ray and fluorography systems, and ultrasound machines. A total of over 9,300 units of equipment had been delivered to the facility, of which more than 650 units are basic medical equipment.

After commissioning, VIS Group will carry out facility maintenance until 2029, ensuring the reliable operation of all engineering systems and equipment.
