190 builders are now engaged in the final painting of the facade, the installation of roof fences and snow guards, and the decoration of the entrance groups with ceramic granite. Each building entrance will be decorated with portal arches, which are now being installed. The adjacent territory is being improved, including the construction of sidewalks and rubber coverings of sports grounds and planting of trees and lawns. The laying of internal engineering networks and finishing works are in the final stages. Special equipment is installed in the indoor pool premises, assembly hall, laundry room and dining room. In addition to technical equipment, VIS Group will equip the center with all the necessary furniture and equipment, which will allow the center's team to commission the facility on a turnkey basis.
The 12,000 m2 center will provide comprehensive assistance to children, teenagers, and families with children who find themselves in a difficult life situation. It is designed for 100 people: 11 groups, including 5 round-the-clock and 3 groups for children with disabilities. The center also has a crisis department and a rehabilitation department to provide emergency medical and psychological assistance to those who request it.
The project is implemented by VIS Group within the framework of a state contract with the Government of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. The creation of the center is anticipated by the regional program “Social support of citizens and labor protection for 2014-2024.” In total, over the past decade, the holding has built more than 30 social infrastructure facilities in Yamal, including kindergartens, schools, polyclinics, sports halls and art schools.
Doverie social center in Salekhard will be ready for commissioning this autumn
VIS Group is completing the construction of the building of the Doverie social rehabilitation center for children and adolescents in Salekhard. The readiness of the object is more than 90%. All works are being carried out in accordance with the schedule, and should be completed in the autumn of this year.
