The District Center for Maternal and Children's Health in Surgut, constructed under a public-private partnership agreement, will be one of the best-equipped perinatal centers in the country. This major PPP investment project in the health care sphere is realized by VIS Group using proprietary and third-party funds. The perinatal center will be equipped with a total of approximately 18,000 units of equipment, furniture and gear, with over 6,000 units of high-tech medical equipment.
The work is currently being completed on outfitting clean rooms, where the concentration of dust, microorganisms, aerosol particles and chemical fumes in the air is controlled with special-purpose equipment. There will be a total of 159 clean rooms in the new center, with a total area of over 4,000 m2. These include operating rooms, birth rooms, intensive care units and primary newborn resuscitation units. A ready-made technological solution is utilized for outfitting clean zones – a climate-controlled medical module with pre-installed stainless galvanized steel wall units, ceilings with an anti-bacterial coating, stainless-steel pass-through windows, hatches and doors. All such rooms have been outfitted with a NERA14 ultrafine air filter, which utilizes Megalit Aero bactericide modules for air input and laminar ceilings. Specialists have completed the installation of wall and ceiling panels, water and sewer pipeline, medical gas supply, ventilation, fire alarm, electric power supply and lighting systems, weak current circuits. Operational management control panels will be installed to ensure control and operation of complex equipment. Also, the installation of video monitoring and telemedicine systems will be completed in the nearest future, along with the startup and commissioning of all engineering networks.
