The first issue of VIS Group’s digital financial assets (DFAs) has been placed in full. The collection of applications was open until 15:00 on February 22, but the stated placement amount of 0.5 billion rubles was achieved the day before. Retail investors showed great interest in the holding’s financial assets.

Digital financial assets are digital tokens that represent a new investment tool based on modern blockchain technologies. They certify digital rights, i.e., monetary claims or the exercise of rights for equity securities. For the Group, DFAs are a short- and medium-term instrument for financing infrastructure projects and an alternative to bank loans. The circulation period of the placed digital securities is 9 months, with three dates for payout of additional income in May, August and November 2024. DFAs are placed on Alfa-Bank’s A-Token platform, which was recognized as the leader of the DFA market at the end of 2023.
