The public-private partnership project, under which VIS Group is building seven city clinics in Novosibirsk, has become the first and largest in the country. Today, work continues simultaneously at all sites. The readiness of the first three facilities, which are expected to be commissioned in 2023, ranges from 68 to 90%; heavy medical equipment, furniture and inventory are being delivered. In total, over 3,800 units of special equipment will be installed at 7 facilities.
The highest degree of readiness is at the four-story polyclinic #7 in the Oktyabrsky district. The work here is 90% completed, the surrounding premises have been fully landscaped. Interior decoration has been completed in the 11,800-m2 building, specialized medical equipment is being imported, furniture is being assembled and placed in the offices. Special premises are fully prepared for the installation of heavy medical equipment. The polyclinic has already received 5 out of 6 units of heavy medical equipment: a CT scanner, a fluorograph, two X-ray digital complexes, and a mammography unit. Delivery of the magnetic resonance tomograph from France is planned for the second decade of August. Due to the use of the parallel import mechanism, an additional supply license was required. In accordance with the schedule, 75% of medical technological equipment was delivered and installed.
In the same district of Novosibirsk, polyclinic #2 is 85% ready. Finishing work has been completed by 82%. Inside the 12,300-m2 building, final finishing work is being accepted, and premises are being prepared for the installation of heavy medical equipment. The readiness of these premises is also about 80%. A computer tomograph and a mammograph have already been delivered, and a digital X-ray complex, a fluorograph and an MRI are slated for delivery in the medical facility in August. The readiness of internal engineering communications is 85%, it remains to mount the electronic queue system and carry out commissioning. Builders are engaged in landscaping.
In the Zaeltsovsky district, in polyclinic #27, the installation of facades is being completed, the facility is slated to be put into operation at the end of 2023. The building with an area of 11,100 m2 is designed for 658 visits per shift. The builders have already mounted elevators and carried out commissioning work. Finishing work and preparations for the acceptance of heavy medical equipment are currently underway at the polyclinic. The planned delivery date is September 2023. Next month, work will begin on the adjacent territory - asphalting entrances and sidewalks, laying out lawns, installing car parking and external lighting. Overall, construction work here is almost 70% completed.
The first three medical centers will be able to provide high-quality high-tech care to more than 140,000 Novosibirsk residents. Medical institutions will serve over 2,500 visitors per day. VIS Group will not only build and provide them with equipment, furniture and inventory, but also ensure the technical operation of the facilities until 2029, guaranteeing the stable operation of all engineering systems. This condition is enshrined in the public-private partnership agreement.
