Net profit of VIS Group increased 4.5 times in the first half of 2023

VIS Group published its consolidated IFRS financial statements for the first 6 months of 2023. Almost all items recorded a significant increase in financial indicators compared to the same period last year. Revenue of the holding companies increased 1.5 times to 19.4 billion rubles, and net profit - 4.5 times to 2.4 billion rubles.

The growth was due to the increase in revenue from the implementation of projects for the construction of transportation and social infrastructure. It should be reminded that today VIS Group is an investor and concessionaire of such large-scale projects as the Ob River bridge crossing in Novosibirsk and the 16-kilometer-long Mytishchi high-speed chord in the Moscow region. Holding companies are also implementing projects to build seven polyclinics in Novosibirsk, a new cultural cluster and polyclinic in Yakutia, and a number of other projects in Siberia, Yamal and the Moscow Region. Design and preparatory stages are being finalized for two key bridge concessions of the Holding Company - bridges over the Lena River and the Gulf of Kaliningrad.

Today, VIS Group is operating the first high-speed highway in the Russian Far East "Khabarovsk Bypass", 12 social facilities in Yakutia, and one of the largest perinatal centers in Russia in Surgut. Group companies act as concessionaires and private partners, structuring projects, organizing financing, designing, constructing and operating the facilities. The total portfolio of contracts is formed until 2047 and is estimated at RUB 614 bln.
