A total of over 570 people are currently employed at the facilities in the capital of Yamal. The social rehabilitation center building is in a high degree of readiness. The interior decoration on all three floors has been completed, installation of equipment and landscaping work continues. According to the terms of the contract, the building is equipped on a turnkey basis both with furniture and with special medical equipment. The new 12,000-m2 center is designed for 100 people and simultaneous work of up to 11 groups. Doverie will become a new-level platform for comprehensive assistance to children, adolescents and their parents in difficult life situations. A final inspection by the state construction supervision commission is slated for May, with the subsequent obtainment of permission to put the facility into operation.
In the administrative building, being erected next to the existing complex, which houses the Yamal authorities, interior decoration of the premises is also ongoing. The frames of the two eight-story buildings have been completed; much of the work entails the laying of utilities and finishing, which are being carried out in stages. The total area of buildings connected by a warm passage exceeds 40,000 m2. This is one of the largest buildings in the capital of Yamal. Together with the customer and the architectural bureau, the design concept of the new building was completely revised; it now provides modern multifunctional areas in open space format with an integrated digital system for receiving citizens.
Another project implemented by VIS Group in Salekhard is the construction of a residential complex in the Obdorsky microdistrict. The contract includes the design and construction of two phases of residential buildings, intra-block utilities and modular boiler houses. The development includes 9 multi-apartment residential buildings with a height of 6-8 floors with a total area of over 56,000 m2. To date, the zero-cycle work on the construction of building foundations has been fully completed. The installation of reinforced concrete frames of the first four buildings is underway, and the builders have already reached the sixth-floor mark in one of them.
