The implementation of this PPP project allowed the district to build and equip six modern educational institutions for 1540 places in the conditions of economic crisis and an acute shortage of budget funds. 

The bank is to provide “Gazenergomontazh” LLC (a part of VIS CG) with 3.3 billion rubles for design, construction and technical maintenance of 12 social facilities in Yakutsk for 10 years.

On December 29, city Administration issued the permission to commission the building.

A meeting with participation of representatives of public and private partners of a PPP project was held at the construction site of perinatal center in Surgut. Parties discussed the completion of an important phase of the project - implementation of all monolithic works. 

Salekhard hosted awarding ceremony of the official awards of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Governor. The First Deputy Governor Alexey Sitnikov presented commemorative award to Sergey Parsadanyan.

A direct agreement between VIS Infrastructure (the private partner, part of VIS CG), the government of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District – Yugra (public partner) and VTB Bank has been signed. 

It is the first project of public-private partnerships in the transport sector in the Far East and the largest one in the Khabarovsk region. Its implementation will provide opportunities for the development of transport infrastructure required for the intensive development of the Far East region
