It is the largest annual business event aimed at the development of the economy, investment and export potential of the EAEU. The forum is organized by the participating countries and the Eurasian economic Commission (EEC).

The rating agency RAEX (Expert RA) assigned a creditworthiness rating of ruBBB+ to the RISE Capital’s company VIS Development. The rating outlook is stable. The company is preparing for its first bond issue under the public-private partnership project.

The State Construction Supervision Service of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District issued a conclusion on the compliance of the nine-story building with the project documentation and all requirements of the technical regulations. On August 9, the City Administration issued a permit to commission the facility.

VIS Group has taken the second place in the top three largest housing developers in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. The ranking is based on the current construction in the region. The rating has been published on the Unified Register of Developers website.

On July 14, the First Deputy Governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Alexey Sitnikov visited several social facilities under construction in Novy Urengoy. The first on the list was the Tundrovy microdistrict, built by VIS Group.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the implementation of infrastructure projects in Russia, including the use of public-private partnership mechanisms. 

On July 1, the ceremony of the construction of five social facilities in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was held. "Айыы Кыhата" National School, children's art school with a concert hall, library and two kindergartens will be created in Yakutsk. All facilities are part of a large-scale public-private partnership project implemented by VIS Group.
