This is the largest transport project in the Far East and the first implemented on the basis of public-private partnership.

On September 6-7, Vladivostok hosts the III Eastern Economic Forum. This is a key event in the business agenda of the Far East, which is held with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This year the forum gathered more than 4 thousand participants from 52 countries.

The Memorandum provides for cooperation in the implementation of the largest transport project in the Far East – the construction of "Khabarovsk Bypass” toll road.

The loan will be provided on the basis of project financing for the construction of a new highway bypassing Khabarovsk.

79 strongest teams from 12 countries took part in the competition, including France, Germany, Great Britain and Australia.

On September 3, a ceremony of handing out the keys to new apartments in one of the houses of the Tundrovy microdistrict, the development of which is conducted by VIS Group, was held. Head of Novy Urengoy Ivan Kostogriz and VIS Group Deputy General Director Sergey Parsadanyan also attended the event.

All facilities are built by VIS Group within the framework of the public-private partnership project. The events were attended by Governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Kobylkin, VIS CG General Director Igor Snegurov, Deputy General Directors Yevgeny Scriabin and Sergey Parsadanyan.

On 31 August, the results of the contest for the right to conclude a concession agreement on the construction of the fourth bridge over the Ob river in Novosibirsk were announced. The winner is VIS CG's subsidiary — "Siberian concession company".
