VIS Group employs more than 60 people at the site. Currently, foam concrete partitions, flooring and plastering work are being installed. Half-timbered columns, which enhance the horizontal strength of the structures, are being installed to reinforce the partitions in large spans.
The cultural cluster being built on the shores of Lake Saysary is a unique facility both in terms of the architectural solutions used and the climatic conditions in which it is being built. Permafrost soils, seasonal temperature changes of up to 95 degrees – there are currently no cultural centers of this scale in regions with an Arctic climate.
The new building will house the State Philharmonic of Yakutia, 2 theaters, and a space for exhibitions and business events under one roof. The lighting, multimedia and acoustic equipment in the complex will allow events of any level to be held on one site.
VIS Group is the project’s private partner and investor; the public partner is the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The terms of the PPP agreement provide not only for the design and construction of the building, but also for its complete outfitting with all the necessary engineering and special stage equipment. After completion of construction, VIS Group will ensure the technical operation of the center until 2031.

VIS Group continues the construction of the building of the State Philharmonic and the Arctic Center of Epic and Arts in Yakutsk. This is the largest and most beautiful building in the capital of the republic and one of the largest cultural clusters in the Russian Far East.
