VIS Group has completed the construction of monolithic buildings for two more clinics, which are being built in Novosibirsk on the principles of public-private partnership. To date, the construction of five of the seven medical institutions have been completed. Three of them are at a high level of readiness. The readiness of clinics No. 2 and 7 is nearing 100%; delivery of magnetic resonance imaging complexes is anticipated. Delays in their shipment arose due to additional restrictions imposed by the manufacturing country as part of the sanction regime. In clinic No. 27, main cycle construction and installation work and landscaping of the adjacent territory are being completed.
The thermal circuit of buildings has been closed and façade work has begun in two more medical complexes in the Kirov and Leninsky districts. In clinic No. 13 on Nikolai Sotnikov Street, 97% of window blocks have been installed; builders have begun insulating the external walls, and the installation of internal walls and partitions is being completed. At the same time, rough finishing has started on the first two floors. The total area of work in the five-story building exceeds 12,000 m2. This PPP clinic, like others, will be equipped on a turnkey basis with all necessary medical and diagnostic equipment. It will serve up to 60,000 residents of the Kirov region.
The laying of internal brick walls, and the installation of reinforced partitions is 83% complete in clinic No. 18 on Klevernaya Street. Flights of stairs, reinforced concrete porch and ramp structures have been fully assembled, and builders are currently are installing windows. This clinic is the largest in VIS Group’s project, the total area of the building is 14,200 m2. Buildings from 4 to 5 floors will serve 60,000 residents of the Leninsky district, designed for almost 900 visits per shift and the work of more than 500 specialists. The commissioning of these two clinics is planned in 2024. Main construction cycle work is also carried out at the construction sites on the Borodina Street and Raisoveta Square.
The PPP project implemented by VIS Group in Novosibirsk is one of the largest in the Russian healthcare sector. As a result, Novosibirsk will receive clinics outfitted with all the necessary medical equipment, capable of serving over 400,000 people. The provision of services will be carried out within the framework of compulsory health insurance. A number of services, such as diagnostics using CT and MRI machines, will become available in city clinics for the first time.
