Artyom Efimov, VIS Group’s project director, told the head of the region about the work currently underway at the site: “At the moment, finishing work is underway in the building - builders are installing plumbing equipment, and technological equipment is being assembled in the dining room. Last week, hydrotests of the pool bowl for leaks were successfully carried out. In the adjacent territory, asphalt concrete pavement has been laid, sidewalks have been constructed, sports ground equipment and hardscape elements have been installed. About 200 people are working on the construction site today.”
The new 12,000 m2 center is designed for 100 people and simultaneous operation of up to 11 groups, including 5 round-the-clock and 3 groups for children with disabilities. A crisis department that provides emergency medical and psychological assistance and a rehabilitation department will operate here. Doverie will provide comprehensive assistance to children and adolescents from disadvantaged families.
According to the terms of the contract, VIS Group is responsible not only for the building structure and engineering equipment, but also for outfitting the center with all the required special equipment and furniture. Currently, delivering diagnostic and treatment complexes, robotic mechanotherapy systems, rehabilitation medical simulators and physiotherapeutic devices are being delivered. There is also something unique for Yamal on the list of specialized equipment - a psychophysiological anti-stress system based on a “zero gravity” chair, a Balfit stabilometric posture correction complex and a high-intensity laser therapy device that can be used by rehabilitation specialists, neurologists and orthopedists.
Today the overall readiness of the three-story building is estimated at 93%. The main construction cycle work has been completed, the final finishing of the premises and the installation of engineering systems are being completed, passenger elevators and lifting devices for supplying food to the second and third floors have been installed. The facility is permanently connected to electricity networks, ventilation and heating systems are operational. The center is scheduled to be put into operation by the end of this year.
The Doverie rehabilitation center in Salekhard will be outfitted with equipment unique to Yamal. The Governor of Yamal assessed the degree of readiness of the facility, the construction of which is being completed by VIS Group
