Clinics No. 2 and 7 in the Oktyabrsky district have been brought by builders to 100% readiness. Currently, the final examination of the projects is being carried out, and concluding inspections by specialists of state construction supervision are slated to be carried out in the first half of December. Both facilities are fully equipped with engineering and medical equipment, inventory and furniture. The last of the heavy imported equipment - 2 magnetic resonance imaging devices - have already been delivered from France and installed in their designed positions.
Clinic No. 2 is designed for 967 visits per shift and will be able to serve 64,000 residents. The total area of the four-story building is over 12,300 m2. The medical institution will have adult and children's departments equipped with over 390 units of basic medical equipment. In total, the facility will be outfitted with more than 6,700 units of technological equipment. 650 specialists will be able to provide quality medical care here.
Clinic No. 7 is designed for 921 visits per shift and will be able to serve 50,000 district residents. The total area of the four-story building is 11,800 m2. It also comprises adult and children's departments, and is equipped with more than 650 units of basic medical equipment. In total, over 9,300 pieces of technological equipment were installed in the building. Jobs have been created here for more than 740 specialists.
Another clinic of the PPP project, No. 27 in the Zaeltsovsky district, is in the final stage of readiness; additional delivery of heavy imported equipment is expected by the end of December. For clinics No. 13 and 18, work on the construction of monolithic building frames has been completed, and the frame for clinic No. 22 in the Kirovsky district is in the process of being completed. At all seven sites, VIS Group employs more than 370 builders and specialists.
The PPP project in Novosibirsk is being implemented within the framework of the National Healthcare Project and provides for the creation of seven modern diagnostic clinical complexes outfitted with all the necessary medical equipment to detect diseases in the early stages. All clinics will be equipped with computer and magnetic resonance imaging systems, which will allow to conduct complex medical examinations of the residents of nearby neighborhoods within walking distance as part of the compulsory health insurance program. Despite all the difficulties associated with the effect of sanctions regimes on the part of unfriendly equipment-producing countries, VIS Group managed to preserve the list of medical equipment that was provided for in the PPP agreement and supply it to Novosibirsk. The capacity of seven new clinics will be 6,500 visits per shift, and the total number of assigned residents will exceed 400,000 people.
