At the end of the year 2019, permission was obtained to commission the Center for Culture and Contemporary Art. The mayor of Yakutsk Sardan Avksentyeva paid a visit to the facility.

The general project contractor is VIS Production Company, the parent company of the VIS Group construction subholding. The issued permit will allow to start the principal work in April 2020.

In total, VIS Group has erected more than 20 social facilities, including kindergartens, schools, sports and medical complexes over the course of its operations in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. Each facility is delivered on a turn-key basis, fully outfitted with all necessary equipment for the immediate start of work right after commissioning.
