VIS Group completes the planned repayment of the second issue of exchange-traded bonds in the amount of 2 billion rubles

On March 22, the placement period for VIS Group’s three-year bonds series BO-P02 issued in 2021 ended. The holding completely fulfilled its obligations to investors, the total volume of payments to security holders amounted to 2.547 billion rubles.

The bonds were placed by public subscription in the amount of 2 million with a nominal value of 1000 rubles each. The order book for VIS Group’s securities was closed with high demand, oversubscription exceeded 60%. The leading Russian rating agency ACRA assigned the issue a high A(RU) rating.

Currently, there are four issues of VIS Group’s exchange-traded bonds in circulation in the amount of 8 billion rubles. In October 2023, the offer for the holding’s debut issue was executed in full. The total volume of the program registered on the Moscow Exchange is 30 billion rubles.

VIS Group has been present on the securities market since 2017, when it was the first in Russia to issue bonds as part of a non-concessional PPP project. In 2020, the country's first social bonds were also issued for a project in Yakutia. In 2024, the holding continued to implement its strategy to diversify financial instruments and issued digital financial assets.
