The construction of a modern water treatment complex continues in the village of Osipovo, Solnechnogorsk urban district, Moscow region. The degree of readiness of the utility infrastructure facility, which will serve more than 60,000 people, is about 30%. The capacity of the modernized complex will be 27,000 cubic meters per day, maximum productivity – 1,744 cubic meters per hour.
At the moment, the installation of aeration equipment on aeration tanks is being completed; this work is 99% complete. To monitor and control the equipment for pumping sludge from settling tanks to aeration tanks, the complex includes a sludge pumping station. Work is now being carried out to prepare for the construction of its brick base, concreting has already been completed. Work is also underway to construct the foundation of the post-treatment complex and reinforce the bottom of the primary and secondary settling tanks. The installation of foundation blocks for the construction of an administrative building is underway.
The new complex of water treatment facilities is part of the “Ecology”National Project and the “Improvement of the Volga” Federal Project. It will replace the obsolete treatment facilities built in the 1970s. The infrastructure being created will make it possible to carry out a full cycle of mechanical and biological water purification with subsequent disinfection, which will reduce the concentration of residual contaminants to comply with the requirements for water quality of fishery facilities.
