VIS Group continues to supply high-tech equipment for Novosibirsk PPP clinics

The technical equipment of the PPP clinics that VIS Group is building in Novosibirsk will make it possible to open specialized diagnostic centers on their grounds. The Minister of Health of the Novosibirsk Region, Konstantin Khalzov, announced plans to create an outpatient oncology care center at polyclinic No. 2.

“We will have a ready-made center  in the structure of all of this clinic’s capabilities,” explained Konstantin Khalzov during a press conference at the TASS press center in Novosibirsk. He added that out of the seven medical institutions that VIS Group is building in Novosibirsk, clinics No. 2 and No. 7 are ready. They are outfitted with furniture and equipment. Now the state construction supervision authority is commissioning the buildings. “Activities of the outpatient center network has been approved by the N. N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center for Oncology (Moscow). Taking into account the experience gained over the four years since the first outpatient center appeared, we will consider the necessity to increase the number of these centers,” added the head of the regional Ministry of Health.

Despite the complicated external conditions associated with sanctions against Russia, rising prices of imported equipment, and difficult logistics, VIS Group managed to maintain the composition of medical equipment provided for in the PPP agreement. The first two clinics, No. 2 on Tatiana Snezhina St. and No. 7 on Proletarskaya St. are already fully equipped with all medical equipment and are awaiting permission to enter. At the end of December, the delivery of an MRI machine from France to clinic No. 27 on Yerevan St. was completed. It is in a high degree of readiness, and the commissioning of premises, equipment installation, and furniture assembly is underway. The absence of a connection of the facility to a centralized drainage system presents an obstacle to completing commissioning work. These works are beyond the competence of the private partner and are carried out by MP METRO MIR. According to the latest information provided by the municipal enterprise to the Ministry of Housing, Communal Services and Energy of the Novosibirsk Region, the contractor plans to complete the work in March 2024. After this, it will be possible to complete the landscaping and finishing of some of the premises.

In Novosibirsk, seven polyclinic complexes are being built simultaneously. They will be able to serve more than 400,000 Novosibirsk residents. The overall construction readiness of clinic No. 13, which is being built on Nikolai Sotnikov St. on the left bank of the city, is 44%. The monolithic frame of the five-story building and the insulation of the facade have been completed, and finishing work has begun. Clinic No. 18 on Klevernaya St. is 32% ready. The work on the construction of the building frame has also been completed here, and 90% of the enclosing walls and partitions have been built. The insulation of the facades is being completed, and rough finishing and installation of internal utilities have already begun. Monolithic frame of clinic No. 22 on Borodin St. is 90% complete. Work is underway on the installation of external walls and internal partitions; regular and stained glass windows are being installed. Work at clinic No. 16 on Raisoveta Square was delayed due to the need to conduct additional surveys on the site provided for development. To date, work has been completed on constructing a pile field and removing the heating main.

VIS Group will not only build and equip all of these turnkey facilities, but will also ensure their technical operation until 2029.
