VIS Group’s consolidated revenue for 2023 exceeded RUB 42 billion for the first time.

VIS Group published consolidated financial statements for 2023 in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). At the end of last year, the revenue of the holding companies increased 1.6 times and reached 42.9 billion rubles. This is a record figure in the entire history of operating activities since 2000. In 2022, revenue equaled 27.4 billion rubles. The holding's net profit also increased by 2.2 times compared to the previous period and amounted to 2.6 billion rubles.

The growth of financial indicators was ensured by projects in the transport and social spheres. Today, VIS Group is simultaneously building 29 large infrastructure facilities, and its total contract portfolio is estimated at over 615 billion rubles. In terms of the volume of concessions and public-private partnership (PPP) agreements, the holding occupies one of the leading positions in Russia.

VIS Group operates in 16 Russian regions. Over 24 years, 101 facilities were put into operation. Today, concession projects for the creation of the Mytishchi Expressway in the Moscow region, bridge crossings over the Ob River in Novosibirsk and the Lena River in Yakutia, and a museum complex in Chita are in the investment stage. Under PPP agreements, 7 clinics are being built in Novosibirsk and the Arctic Center and a SMART clinic – in Yakutsk. The Khabarovsk Bypass highway, the District Clinical Center for Maternal and Child Health in Surgut, and 12 educational and cultural institutions in Yakutsk are already in operation. The holding's construction division is also implementing several government contracts within the framework of the Ecology National Project in the Moscow region and building 9 residential buildings, a children's rehabilitation center and an administrative complex in Yamal.
