The Digital Business Space platform has gathered over 1500 federal authorities’ representatives, regional heads, leading experts in the sphere of concession and PPP-related legislation, representatives of major infrastructural companies.

Over 1500 representatives of federal authorities, heads of regions, leading experts in the sphere of concession and PPP legislation, representatives of major infrastructural companies have gathered on the Digital Business Space platform.

The session was presided over by the CEO of Russian Railways Oleg Belozerov.

Mayor of Yakutsk Aysen Nikolaev visited the construction sites last weekend.  

In his plenary session address, the Head of VIS Group reported on the possibilities of utilizing the public-private partnership mechanism as one of the forms of “soft privatization” with the purpose of developing infrastructure in Russia.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of VIS Group Igor Snegurov and the CEO of SDHS Meng Yang discussed prospective cooperation in the implementation of infrastructure projects.  

The session was held under the guidance of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Arkadiy Dvorkovich.

The sides have discussed the cooperation strategy and possibilities of integrating the experience of CRCC and VIS Group both in project implementation and establishment of joint enterprises.
