The parent company of VIS Group's construction division was recognized as the winner of an open tender for the development of a residential complex in Salekhard. By the end of July 2024, VIS Production Company will carry out surveys, design and construction of 61,000 m2 of housing in the Obdorsky residential area. 1,313 apartments are intended for participants in the resettlement program from dilapidated housing.
An open development tender was conducted by the Housing Construction Fund of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug. According to its terms, the winner must construct two stages of the residential complex, local engineering networks and modular boiler houses. Several 6 to 8-floor buildings are slated to be erected.
The new residential complex is part of a large project for the integrated development of the Obdorsky residential area. It is located on the right bank of the Shaytanka River and is bound by Bogdan Knunyants, Obyezdnaya and Molodyozh Avenues. Two schools, two kindergartens and a shopping and entertainment center and 5,600 apartments are slated to be built on a land 250,000-m2 plot.
