VIS Group continues to implement a large-scale public-private partnership (PPP) project to create a network of modern polyclinics in Novosibirsk. Particular attention is paid to the future equipment of medical institutions: a total of over 3800 units of special medical equipment, including heavy equipment, will be delivered.
The medical staff of each clinic will have at their disposal computer (CT) and magnetic resonance (MRI) tomography complexes, mammography systems, X-ray complexes, fluorographic devices, ultrasound equipment, cardiotocography and electrocardiography devices, as well as laboratory, endoscopic and sterilization equipment.
New polyclinics with a total capacity of about 6,500 visits per day will be erected in the Oktyabrsky, Kirovsky, Leninsky and Zaeltsovsky city districts. They will serve almost 390,000 Novosibirsk residents, including adults and children. Jobs will be created for 4083 specialists. The facilities will be run by the state, and their services will be provided within the framework of the compulsory health insurance system (CHI).
To date, the design stage has been completed for all facilities, and positive conclusions and building permits have been received from state expertise. Simultaneous construction of three polyclinics (#2, 7 and 27) is underway. Zero-cycle work is being completed, monolithic walls, columns and floor slabs of the first floors are being installed. More than 100 builders and specialists are employed at construction sites. Selection of contractors is being completed for four more facilities.
VIS Group is implementing the project throughout the entire life cycle: from design and fundraising to construction and subsequent technical operation of facilities. Thanks to the PPP format, the city will obtain unique facilities built according to individual design projects and equipped in accordance with modern requirements for such institutions.
The project is being implemented under a public-private partnership agreement between the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk Region and the Seventh Concession Company, which is part of the VIS Group. The project’s financial partner is Gazprombank.
