The Center for Culture and Contemporary Art complex was conceived as one of the new growth points in the cultural and business life of Yakutsk.

The Minister of Transport of the Novosibirsk region Anatoly Kostylevsky and CEO of the VIS Production Company (construction division of the VIS Group) Ruslan Semyonov reported on the progress of the implementation of the largest transport concession project in Siberia.

Preparations are underway for the construction of seven municipal clinics in Novosibirsk. The creation of a network of modern healthcare institutions is provided for by a public-private partnership project.

Exchange bonds under the program are placed through public offering for up to 15 years. The issue guarantor is the holding’s parent company – VIS Group (AO).

The construction of the facility was implemented as part of of the targeted investment program of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District and the Modern School federal project.

This is the first international Arctic school in the Russian Far East. Lessons will be conducted in Yakut, Russian and English. Children will be taught by the top teachers who have completed special advanced training courses prior to being hired.

One of the key areas of cooperation is the implementation of projects in the transport sector, including the construction of a new bridge over the Kama River.
