On July 30, a meeting of the project steering committee was held in the building of the District Center for the Protection of Motherhood and Childhood under construction in Surgut, led by Andrey Zobnitsev, Deputy Governor of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra. A public-private partnership project for the construction of one of the largest perinatal centers in Russia is being implemented by VIS Infrastructure (part of VIS Group’s medical sub-holding).
